Returns & Refunds

All our products undergo strict quality checks in terms of fabric, stitch and packaging. Minor difference in the weave, design and color is possible in handcrafted fabric and this only enhances the beauty of a handcrafted product.   

In case the product needs to be returned or exchanged, you can get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving the product on either-

Do mention the order number in the mail/message. We can either issue store credit for a future purchase, a full refund to your original mode of payment (not applicable for COD orders) or exchange it for another product.

Please note, for all refunds and exchanges, the product must be unused, unwashed and the tags should be intact.

All reverse shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer and must be shipped to the following address-

Items priced below Rs.1000 are not eligible for returns.

Refund for COD orders will be issued in the form of store credits only. Bank transfer/PayTM/UPI requests will not be entertained. 

Email / Social media/ Direct message replies may be delayed on weekends and public holidays.
